- Supervisors will conduct nightly walkthroughs — participation is mandatory.
- Report attendance, call-outs, and issues through Selena (Manager) only.
- Every staff member is responsible for upholding quality and honesty.

- Help your teammates — quality is a shared responsibility.
- Provide feedback, offer assistance, and communicate proactively.
- Supervisors are expected to coach, not just correct.

- Keep supply closets clean, organized, and locked.
- Return chemicals and equipment to proper storage each night.
- Maintain uniform standards: CNY shirt, pants, closed-toe shoes, visible ID badge.
- Present a clean, professional image at all times.

Introduction: At CNY Cleaning Solutions, we believe in recognizing and appreciating the exceptional efforts of our staff members who consistently go above and beyond their regular duties to contribute positively to our organization. The Caring Stars Program is designed to honor and celebrate these outstanding individuals for their dedication, commitment, and impact on our company.
Recognition Criteria: Employees may be recognized through the Caring Stars Program for actions that demonstrate exceptional dedication, innovation, teamwork, and customer service. This includes but is not limited to:
- Going above and beyond to assist colleagues or clients.
- Implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency or quality of service.
- Demonstrating outstanding teamwork and collaboration.
- Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.
- Making significant contributions to the organization's goals and mission.
Process: Employees, supervisors, or peers may nominate a staff member for the Caring Stars recognition by completing the online form available on our website under Employee Resources. Nominations must include details of the action taken, its impact, and how it aligns with the criteria outlined above.
Reward: Each Caring Stars recognition received by a team member will be rewarded to acknowledge their exceptional contribution. The reward may vary and will be communicated upon recognition.
Frequency: To ensure fairness and encourage ongoing recognition, each team member may only receive one Caring Stars recognition every six months.
Impact: The Caring Stars Program celebrates and reinforces a culture of excellence, collaboration, and dedication within our organization. By recognizing and rewarding exceptional efforts, we motivate our team members to consistently strive for excellence, fostering a positive work environment and ultimately contributing to the success of CNY Cleaning Solutions.
